1. The service

KRealtyProperty ("we") provides a website and marketplace for co-owned real estate: interest-free shared-ownership home financing and fractional property investment settled on the Dinar chain. Using the site means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or applicable law.

3. Investing and eligibility

Property units are securities. They are offered privately to verified, eligible investors only, and eligibility is enforced on-chain through the platform's whitelist. Nothing on the public site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Offering documents are shared privately and govern each investment.

4. No advice

Information on the site — including scenarios, projections, fees, and rent figures — is provided for explanation and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Real estate involves risk: rental income is not guaranteed, values can fall, and units may not find a buyer at the price you want. Read each property's documents and take independent advice before committing money.

5. Home financing

Home financing on the platform is a co-ownership arrangement, not a loan: you own your share from day one, pay rent on the share you do not yet own, and buy the remainder over time. The binding terms for any home are those in the signed co-ownership agreement, not the illustrations on this site.

6. Blockchain transactions

Transactions submitted to the Dinar chain are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by us. You are responsible for the wallet you use and for verifying transaction details before signing.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the service, scrape listing data in breach of the data provider's licence, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Content and listings

Listing and open-house information may come from licensed third-party data feeds and is provided as-is. Site content, the KRealtyProperty name, and the fleur-de-lis mark are ours or our licensors' and may not be reused without permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing overrides the terms of any signed investment or co-ownership agreement.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts located there.
