Who we are

KRealtyProperty ("we", "us") operates www.krealtyproperty.com, a co-ownership real-estate platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or an email address and password, we receive your name, email address, and (where the provider supplies one) a profile picture link and a provider user ID. We use this only to create and recognise your account. Sign-in is operated by Google Cloud Identity Platform; passwords are stored by that service, hashed, and are never visible to us.
• Role assignments. If you are given a role on the platform (for example appraiser, agent, or SPV manager), we store that assignment against your email address.
• Preferences kept in your browser. Favourites, watch lists, and in-app notifications are stored in your own browser's local storage and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security and to keep the service running. Logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
• Session cookie. After you sign in, a short-lived cookie carries your sign-in token so restricted pages can check who you are. It expires within an hour and is removed when you sign out.
• Blockchain records. Investments, financing payments, and transfers made through the marketplace are recorded on the Dinar chain. Those records are public by design, identified by wallet address, and cannot be deleted. We do not write names, email addresses, or documents to the chain.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use your Facebook, Google, or Apple data for anything except signing you in.
• We do not show third-party advertising and do not use advertising trackers.

Investor verification

Investing through the platform requires identity and accreditation verification (KYC). When that process is active, the documents you provide are handled by a specialist verification provider under its own privacy terms, and only the result (verified or not, and the wallet address it applies to) is used by the platform. We will update this policy with the provider's name before collecting any documents.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers needed to run the site: Google Cloud (hosting, sign-in, database, logs) and, once active, the verification provider above. Each processes data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Access or correction: email us and we will send you what we hold about you.
• Deletion: see how to delete your account and data.
• Disconnect a social login: you can remove KRealtyProperty from your Google, Apple, or Facebook account settings at any time; you will then need another sign-in method.

Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
