Delete your account and data

Applies to accounts created with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email and password.

How to request deletion

Send an email to gasser@krealtyproperty.com with the subject "Delete my KRealtyProperty account".
Send it from the email address on the account, or tell us which sign-in provider you used (Google, Apple, or Facebook) and the email address it shows.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You receive a confirmation email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account on our identity service, including your name, email, and provider link.
Any role assignment stored against your email address.
Request records that identify you (favourites and watch lists live only in your own browser and are cleared by clearing site data there).

What cannot be deleted

Transactions recorded on the Dinar chain. They are public and permanent, identified by wallet address only, and contain no name or contact details.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as securities-transaction and tax records for completed investments. These are kept for the statutory period and then destroyed.

Disconnecting a social login instead

If you only want to stop using a social sign-in, remove KRealtyProperty from your provider's settings: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Apps and websites; Google → Security → Third-party apps; Apple → Settings → Sign in with Apple. Your KRealtyProperty account remains until you request deletion above.
